Helping Me Grow Sympathy Card

I needed to get a few Sympathy Cards back in my stash, so I found this idea from Jessica Williams over at The Paper Caper (http://thepapercaper.com.au/2016/03/31/artisan-april-1/)  She is one of the fine ladies on the Artisan Design team with Stampin’ Up.  Her work is amazing!

I mostly CASEd her idea, but tweaked a bit with the stitching and such.  I made some into Birthday cards too, because I loved them so much!

The cards are a bit of an odd shape, but I like change every once in a while!  The card front measure 5 1/2 x 3 1/2, so total size that you need to cut is 5 1/2 x 7″ and then fold in half.  I LOVE the images stamped and embossed in black on the typeset paper, one of my favorite items that’s retiring this month!!!  The flowers are messy-watercolored (seriously you need not worry about staying in the lines, I think it adds to the vintage-y feel if you mess the lines up a bit!!!!  Promise!)  using the Aqua Painters and the ink pads.

Here’s what you’ll need:

140764 Helping Me Grow ($26.00)

140804 Rose Wonder Bundle ($49.25)
