Picture Perfect Hummingbird Card

OK, this is going to be another library ladies post!  We tried this one at the library a week or so ago.  I love these ladies dearly, but they totally did not dig the 3-step stamping procedure needed to complete this project.  I personally LOVE the way the triple stamping gives depth to a project and makes the image look more like a photo and REAL!  Have you tried triple stamping?  Do you like it?

If you have this set and want to copy this card, here are the steps for the hummingbird:

Using Stamp 1: Crumb Cake

Using Stamp 2 (throat): Watermelon Wonder

Using Stamp 3: Crumb Cake again

Using Stamp 4 (the only one with the beak): Soft Suede

Here’s what you’ll need:

Joyfully Yours,

Megan

  1. I love the look of triple stamping! Does Stampin’ Up have a cheat sheet of ink colors that go together well for this technique?
